For Ear Infections [all ages]:
Apply the oil directly on or near the outer ear. Do not put it into the ear. Nothing should be poured into the ear during an ear infection; do not drip the oil from a dropper directly into the ear. Be sure to place the oil in the outer ear by placing 2-3 drops on the finger and applying. Or saturate a cotton ball and place it at the entrance of the ear canal.
Adult Dose:
2-4 drops under tongue, hold 20 seconds, then swallow; take 3-4 times daily
Children Doses:
