ACNE: Acne Vulgaris is a very common type of acne which is an inflammatory disease of the skin, caused by changes in the skin structures consisting of blocked hair follicles and blocked sweat glands. Acne lesions are commonly referred to as pimples, spots, or zits. Hormonal imblances are often the basic cause of acne. Cystic acne is one of the more severe forms. These are more inflamed and pus-filled or reddish bumps, that can easily lead to scarring or serious infections. Specific therapy includes detoxification and the correction of nutrient imbalances.
